DOMESTIC SHIPPING
DreamBranding uses USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping. Once a product is shipped, you will be informed with a tracking number. Standard shipping can take from 5-14 business days. If you want to track your package, simply go toUSPS.com,UPS.com orFedEx.com depending on your shipping carrier. For UPS, you can also reach out to them at 800-742-5877. If you have not received your package within 14 days, please contact us at support@dreambranding.com for assistance. We will be glad to assist you in tracking your package!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DreamBranding uses USPS GlobalPost First Class International for standard shipping and FedEx International Connect Plus or UPS Expedited for expedited shipping. Once a product is shipped, you will be informed with a tracking number. Standard shipping could take 30 - 60 business days. If you want to track your package, you can try usinggoglobalpost.com,parcelsapp.com,asendiausa.com,UPS.com, fedex.com or your country's post office website (Royal Mail for UK, Canada Post for Canada, PostNL, for The Netherlands, etc). If the 60 business days have passed and you have still not received your package nor have you seen any updates in your tracking information, please contact us at support@dreambranding.com for assistance.

WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?
Shipments are processed Monday-Friday, except for US national and government holidays. We strive to have all orders received during business hours processed as quickly as possible after the 12 hour cancellation period. If you have not received an order confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, you may contact support@dreambranding.com.

ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
When ordering from Dreambranding.com you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; DreamBranding has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Duties/VATS are charged based on the regular price of the item not on any sale or discount that is offered.

Countries’ policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

This website is operated by Dreambranding.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dreambranding.com. We allow for order cancellation within 12 hours of order placement.

Return and Exchange Policy

Dreambranding.com allows for free standard shipping on domestic returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return your order for a refund. The cost of the merchandise only will be refunded, not the shipping fee (unless the order is canceled before shipping). A refund can only be processed within 30 days of placing the order.

NON-REFUNDABLE - Items that cannot be returned include the following:


Gift Cards and Digital Products- all gift card and digital product sales are final.

Returns cannot be worn or damaged.Once your return is received, it may take 7-10 business days to process and refund your purchase, if you would like to make an exchange, we will invoice you for the cost to ship the new item to you (including any difference in price) after we receive the original item back.

If you are requesting a refund, credit card companies may take an additional 2-3 business days or longer to make your return funds available. You will be notified via email when a refund is being issued. If the reason for the return is not due to an error from Dreambranding.com, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. If the return was due to an error on the part of Dreambranding.com, the cost of both merchandise and shipping will be refunded.


LOST IN TRANSIT/RETURNED TO SENDER POLICIES

⦁ Lost in transit orders:

Orders that become lost in transit must be reported to customer support within a month for domestic orders and 3 months for international orders. If an order is determined to be lost in transit, we will issue a reshipment if available or provide a full refund to the original payment method.

Returned to sender orders:

Orders that are returned to sender will receive a refund for the merchandise once we receive and review the order upon its return to us which can take up to 7 days from receipt. If the reason it was returned to sender is due to a Dreambranding.com error, we will provide a full refund including the shipping.


Depending on the specific situation, a reshipment may be offered for lost orders. A reshipment may be offered for orders returned to sender if the order has not been damaged and an updated address has been provided. A reshipment fee will be charged for non-Dreambranding.com errors.


DOMESTIC RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  2. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label

  3. Re-package and ship your return using the label supplied.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES**** (Outside of the United States only) ***

Unfortunately, on international orders, we are unable to provide a pre-paid return label. As a result, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping BUT, we will refund the full cost of the returned merch and, if the error was caused by Dreambranding.com, the shipping costs from your original order.
