• Digital gift card purchases are delivered via email and contain instructions on how the code can be redeemed at checkout.
• The redeemable code will be sent via email and can also be printed at home and given to recipient in person. No physical item will be sent with a digital gift card purchase.
• Good for anything in the storefront, including all physical and digital products. Codes will apply to this storefront only.
• Digital gift cards have no additional processing fees, and can be used multiple times until the card balance hits zero.
• Digital gift cards expire 5 years after purchase.

What is our Cancellation Policy?
Dreambranding.com, sapnap.shop, shopgnf.com, dreamteam.shop, badboyhalo.com, and awesamdude.shop ("Dreambranding" for this policy) allow for order cancellation within 12 hours of order placement.
What is our Return and Exchange Policy?
Dreambranding allows for free standard shipping on domestic returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return your order for a refund. If the error was not caused by Dreambranding, only the cost of the merch will be refunded.
For domestic orders, our return policy is up to 3 months from the original purchase date. This extends to 5 months for international orders.
We do not process EXCHANGES. To complete an exchange, return your unwanted product and place a new order for the wanted product.
Returns cannot be worn or damaged. Once your return is received, it may take 7-10 business days to process and refund your purchase. Credit card companies may take an additional 2-3 business days or longer to make your return funds available. You will be notified via email when a refund is being issued. If the reason for the return is not due to an error from Dreambranding, the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. If there was an error from Dreambranding, the cost of both merchandise and shipping will be refunded.

Unfortunately, on international orders, we are unable to provide a pre-paid return label. As a result, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping BUT, we will refund the full cost of the returned merch and, if the error was caused by Dreambranding, the shipping costs from your original order.
